Set of Painted Swedish Chairs

This set of six Swedish dining chairs strikes a beautiful balance between rustic charm and tailored elegance. Each chair features classic Swedish lines—slightly tapered legs, shaped backs, and carved detail—finished in a soft, painted wash that shows subtle signs of wear. The result is that perfect lived-in look: clean, but full of texture and age.

The seats are newly upholstered in crisp Belgian linen, adding a refined contrast to the patina of the painted wood. The natural linen keeps the palette neutral and versatile, while the squared-off seat shape gives them a structured, timeless feel. Comfortable, sturdy, and effortlessly stylish, they work just as well around a formal dining table as they do pulled into a casual breakfast nook.

These chairs bring a sense of calm and warmth to a space—light, understated, and quietly collected. Whether you're building a dining set from scratch or mixing styles around a long farmhouse table, they’ll bring character without overwhelming the room. A truly lovely, functional set.
