Shipping policy

Shipping is available for most small and large furnishings throughout the continental United States, with costs calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Large furniture shipping rates include ground-floor delivery. If your delivery requires placement above the ground floor, please contact us before purchasing. Some delivery partners may accommodate upper-floor deliveries for an additional fee, but availability is not guaranteed.

We work with a network of independent, professional furniture delivery teams across the country. Our priority is ensuring that your piece arrives safely and in the same condition it left our showroom. Because our delivery partners operate on independent routes and schedules, delivery may take up to six weeks, depending on your location and driver availability. Most deliveries arrive sooner, and we appreciate your patience as we coordinate safe transport.

Complimentary pickup is available at our Dallas showroom by appointment. Once your purchase is ready for collection, you will receive an "Order Is Ready" email with a link to schedule your pickup.

LOADING & TRANSPORT

Fox Hill Furnishings does not provide moving or loading assistance on site. Customers are responsible for bringing sufficient help and supplies to safely load and transport their purchases, including moving blankets to protect furniture during transport.

As a general guide, French Louis XVI and Louis Philippe chests typically require two strong movers. Large buffets and other particularly heavy pieces require professional movers.

PICKUP DEADLINE

Purchases must be collected within 14 days unless prior arrangements have been approved. Items left beyond 14 days without prior arrangement may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned.
