Shipping policy

Shipping is offered for small and large furnishings within the continental U.S., with costs calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Large furniture pricing includes ground-floor delivery. If you require delivery beyond the ground floor, please notify us after checkout. Some delivery teams may accommodate higher-floor placements for an additional fee, though availability is not guaranteed. We will coordinate the best possible solution based on our delivery partners' capabilities.

We work with a professional delivery teams across the country, each operating on independent routes and schedules. Our number one priority is SAFELY delivering your piece in the same condition it leaves my shop. While we do our best to ship your piece as quickly as possible, transit times can take up to six weeks depending on driver availability. While most deliveries are received much sooner, working with a trusted driver is our top priority. We appreciate your patience!

Free pickup for both large and small purchases is available at our Dallas, Texas "showroom" Monday through Friday. After checkout, we'll coordinate a pickup time together.

*Please bring blankets and any necessary moving support, as movers are not available on-site.*

All items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase, as our showroom is small and inventory rotates frequently.
