Shipping policy

Shipping is offered for small and large furnishings within the continental U.S., with costs calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Large furniture pricing includes ground-floor delivery. If you require delivery beyond the ground floor, please notify me after checkout. Some delivery teams may accommodate higher-floor placements for an additional fee, though availability is not guaranteed. I will coordinate the best possible solution based on my delivery partners' capabilities.

I work with a professional delivery teams across the country, each operating on independent routes and schedules. My number one priority is SAFELY delivering your piece in the same condition it leaves my shop. While I do my best to ship your piece as quickly as possible, transit times can take up to four weeks depending on driver availability. While most deliveries are received much sooner, working with a trusted driver is my top priority. I appreciate your patience and will keep you updated every step of the way!

I offer free pickup for both large and small purchases at my Dallas, Texas "showroom" seven days a week. After checkout, I'll coordinate a pickup time that works for you. Please bring blankets and any necessary moving support, as movers are not available on-site.

All items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase, as my showroom is small and inventory rotates frequently.
