Welcome to Fox Hill Furnishings! By purchasing from our website or showroom, you agree to the following terms and our posted store policies.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued.

ANTIQUE & VINTAGE ITEMS

Our antique and vintage furnishings are one-of-a-kind pieces sold in their existing, as-is condition. Signs of age, wear, repairs, and imperfections are expected.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, but encourage customers to ask questions before purchasing.

All sales are final, subject to applicable law. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for additional information.

WARRANTIES

Antique and vintage items are sold as is, with all faults. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fox Hill Furnishings disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

New merchandise, including items from the Fox Hill Home Collection, may be covered by warranties offered by the manufacturer. Fox Hill Furnishings does not provide an independent warranty on these products. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

For potential manufacturing defects, Fox Hill Furnishings may, when reasonable and appropriate, make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate manufacturer warranty claims when appropriate. All claims remain subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and approval.

Fox Hill Furnishings is not responsible for accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Any warranty coverage, repair, or replacement is subject to the manufacturer's terms and approval, as well as applicable law.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

All shipping, delivery, and local pickup arrangements are subject to our posted Shipping Policy, including delivery timelines, pickup requirements, and related responsibilities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Fox Hill Furnishings is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including the acts or omissions of independent shipping and moving providers.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated terms are posted.
