Hand sourced in France, this Louis Philippe commode has beautiful warm walnut with incredible movement and variation in the wood grain. The classic silhouette features three large drawers with an additional apron drawer tucked just beneath the top.

We love the simplicity of this one - the rich walnut, softly rounded corners, and understated details give it plenty of character without feeling overly formal. The beautifully figured grain across the drawer fronts is especially striking.

With generous storage and a substantial top, this would be beautiful as a dresser in a bedroom, beneath a mirror in an entry, or styled with lamps and artwork in a living room. An easy piece to mix into both traditional and more collected interiors.

CONDITION

Good condition, consistent with its age and use. Minor panel separation is present on both sides, extremely common in commodes of this style and age, and is purely cosmetic and non-structural. There is also a small chip to the bottom right, as photographed.
