Sourced in England, I stood and looked at this piece for a solid 20 minutes knowing I had to have her! I was not planning on bringing home any large furniture on that specific sourcing trip, just smalls, but this is the piece that changed everything! 

She is a classic Edwardian style bookcase with mahogany finish and satinwood stringing and banding throughout. 

She has two glazed doors at the top opening to access an interior with three shelves. The base detaches from the top (for easy transport) and has one drawer and a cupboard with two doors revealing an interior with a single shelf.

All doors are lockable. The drawer is dovetail condition and sliding beautifully. The piece comes with an original English key so that you can access the bookcase and hang a tassel.

CONDITION

Good condition - the top section is missing a small accent wood trim on the side, as photographed. Additional wear commensurate with age and use.
