CONDITION

This piece is in sound condition consistent with its age and use. The drawers operate as intended, including the concealed compartments, and the commode retains its elegant form and original character.

There is panel separation present to both sides, consistent with the age and natural movement of the materials over time. There is also an area of scratches present on the right side of the marble top. These signs of wear are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the functionality or overall presentation of the piece.
