CONDITION

This piece is in sound condition consistent with its age and use. The drawers operate as intended, and the string inlay remains well preserved, retaining the chest's original character and appeal.

A small chip is present to one of the lower scalloped apron details. Additionally, there is panel separation to the right side, consistent with age and natural movement of the wood. These are minor cosmetic imperfections that do not detract from the overall presentation or functionality of the piece.
