Hand-sourced, this French Louis XVI commode has been gently bleached to reveal the beautiful natural tone and grain of the wood. The finish gives the piece a lighter feel while still preserving the character and age of the original construction.

The three-drawer case sits on tapered legs with classic Louis XVI hardware and escutcheons. The proportions are especially versatile—large enough to function as a primary dresser, but also well suited for an entryway or guest room.

She would be beautiful styled with a mirror above and a pair of lamps, or simply with a few collected objects and a stack of books. A classic French case piece that brings warmth and history into a space.
